FAQ

Here are a few common question we can answer for. 

Do you need to join our discord? 
Answer - No, you do not have to join, you will miss out the most recent information about current and upcoming giveaways. Some drawing will be done in discord but we can still contact you if you are the winner. Our live drawings will be posted on YouTube Live and then shared to our other social media platforms. 

What happens if a giveaway never fills up? 
Answer - We will hold a vote on discord to either extend the time or end it. If we end it, the winner will receive a cash price based off of how many participants entered the giveaway. 

What happens if an item I won is out of stock/backorder. 
Answer - You can either wait for item to be available or you can opt to take another item that was offered or the cash option if it was available for that giveaway. 

Can you purchase another way other then Shopify. 
Answer - No, we will be using Shopify for all purchases. This keeps everything safe and stream lined. 

Is local pick up an option? 
Answer - Yes, local pick up is an option and will be available at either FattiMotorWorks or Btuned Performance. This also might be the only option if you are the winner of a SnapOn, Matco, or Mac Tool Box.
