No Refunds: All purchases made to enter our giveaways are final. No refunds will be issued.

Standard Shipping: Shipping is included for most items sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to the continental United States (lower 48). As expected, if you live in Alaska (AK) or Hawaii (HI), additional shipping charges may apply depending on the item.

Freight & Oversized Items: Large items (such as toolboxes, QuickJacks, or other heavy freight) may require additional shipping fees if you are unable to pick them up at one of our two Central Florida pickup locations.

Local Pickup: Local pickup is only available during standard business shop hours unless special arrangements have been made in advance.

Lost Packages: If an item is lost in transit, we appreciate your patience as we work through the shipping carrier and vendor claim processes. Most items are drop-shipped directly from the vendor to ensure you get your prize!
